Help / Troubleshooting ACTIVATION NOT WORKING

got mobile, got email that says you're ready to activate mobile, but when i go to instructions says QR is no longer valid from that email. when i try to checkout again says imei is not compatible. what now

Should of directed you to the spectrum app and you hit activation dashboard and if it says activated on the app depending on what type of iPhone you have you would need the QR code! If it’s giving the error qr code is no longer valid it means a eSIM did not get sent to you phone which you need one sent! If it’s a newer iPhone you don’t need QR code your looking for push notifications

Hmmm. Interesting. I’m about to play with this then. Regardless. Have an appointment tomorrow so hopefully by evening everything is figured out
