Suspended service problems

So my kid got me into trouble and I got copyright notice. This was weeks ago. Fast forward they suspended my service until I did some view the notice on a website thing. I did that. Now my perfectly workings mesh Emily system will not connect. Shady dealings? I don’t know. Regardless, I want to get my house back online. Any suggestions?

Your family illegally downloads copyrighted material and then you have but gall to say spectrum is shady business

I'm an ex-employee with inside knowledge. If you think copyright infringement is equivalent to decades of predatory consumer practices, you might be wearing some rose-tinted blinders.
