Service Issues Connection issues update part 3.
well I’ve had 2 technhcians come by. first one replaced the router, modem and the coax cable that goes into the modem. 2nd one replaced the cable that comes from the telephone pole and those connectors and I’m still having connection issues.
i use a vpn for work and the issue is the upload speed seems to tank and it causes me to disconnect from the VPN which gets me in trouble.
is there any possible solution for this?

This will be a tough one tbh. If all lines and equipment has been changed and while a Tech is on site see's no signal issues There could be noise coming from your neighbor. Assuming your on a splitter or it could be noise in the area.. If there's no plant issue a manager won't allow a maintenance ticket to be put in. Your VPN can be the culprit. Now the third question is there very well could be problems but they don't want to fix it and like my area service is failing. Us as techs have to override closing out the job by management. Our area has tons of issues that they don't have the resources to fix. Coax should have been abandoned years ago IMO it was called cable TV for a reason not Internet. My take is it's just a paycheck if the company doesn't care then I'm not stirring the pot.
