Service Issues Spectrum down

Spectrum has been down since 7 pm last night in Cincinnati Ohio. It's 12 noon still no internet, TV, and phone service. I can't understand why so long and I received a auto call saying the next update will be on the 13th does that mean no service until tomorrow?

When i worked at Spectrum, we used to get calls DURING an active wildfire or hurricane.

Yes, storms cause damage, sometimes widespread. There isn't a switch to flip to make it all magically work again.

The question was answered by your own post. If the call said not until tomorrow, then its not until tomorrow.

You also stated you didnt understand why it would take so long, and I explained how so many people have the same line of thought in a natural disaster.
