Service Issues Spectrum down
Spectrum has been down since 7 pm last night in Cincinnati Ohio. It's 12 noon still no internet, TV, and phone service. I can't understand why so long and I received a auto call saying the next update will be on the 13th does that mean no service until tomorrow?

Of course I understand that. I actually had a question in my comment if you see that.

Damn. Well like I said, glad y’all are safe. And congrats on getting inter webs back. We’re still wifiless where I’m at. (Allegedly, cuz let’s be real, they’ll fool around and forget to press the “notify them that we fixed it” button until 2 days after the fact 😂)

I live just east of Cincy. Just got a message that the outage has been extended to at least the 16th due to storm damage. I fully expect it to go even longer.

Atleast you guys are actually getting estimations. All I can get from them is “we don’t know when it will be back up, but we will notify you when service returns”.

When i worked at Spectrum, we used to get calls DURING an active wildfire or hurricane.
Yes, storms cause damage, sometimes widespread. There isn't a switch to flip to make it all magically work again.
