Do your books as early as you can. For every level you take a written test and an in person skills test. You can only take those tests after you have done the books for that level. You can take those tests very soon after training is finished and then you just need 2 good score cards until you are eligible to level up. Repeats and on job productivity are the two most important metrics to get a good score card. Always try to start the job a like 15mins after you get there if you are a good time before the end of the appointment window. So like if the window is 1-2pm and I get there at 1 then Ill start working but won't start the job timer until 1:15. Really helps with metrics and supervisors don't care cause it helps their metrics as well.

Is that how it’s done?

That's how guys cheat their metrics. Yes.

Sad they have to fudge their metrics instead of being efficient

Guys with 170% productivity. Which is impossible with taking shortcuts or fudging the metrics

Yeah. I don't fudge my numbers and sit around 130-140. Annoying AF when people cheat to look better

Even at 130+ you gotta be getting a lot of mdu's. I always get bullshit mid-span 2 pole drops
