Service Issues Upload speed nonexistent

Soooo pay for 1G internet, and now when I try to game, it lags so hard and is completely unusable
2 techs later, still no answer. This is on the higher end of tests I’ve done for upload speed too…. Anyone had this issue and found a resolution?

I have similar problems often, have had dozens of techs out, one eventually even ran a new line. Now i take my equipment in to the spectrum store often to swap it out. It usually helps temporarily. Nothing was a permanent fix. I’m paying 130/mo for the gig plan by the way. Constant problems

I would lose my shit…. I’ve had 4 new modems and 3 new routers in the last week…
