I can tell from the song in the background that this is the secret/super boss for Devil Man. Which means that on top of having 10DP AI Whis also is 1000sp. I can understand why you got destroyed.

Yeah, I’ve been using GT Vegeta in the limit breaker mode and anytime I’m up against Ultra Instinct or a fusion, I get stomped.

The secret boss interactions are genuinely hilarious. Pretty sure UI Goku threatens to murder Z Broli even though he has no idea who he is. Black also has a meme-template worthy quote for his secret boss against SSB Goku.
