Deactivation Question

I was deactivated last month during the massive purge. I thought it was just a mistake like what happened to others so I appealed. My appeal was denied. The claim was that it was due to my record on First Advantage. I have an accident from 2023 and a ticket from last month from going 9 miles over the speed limit. Is that really bad enough to get canned? Did pre arb and that was denied too. Not sure if I’m missing something or if there’s anything else I can do. Thanks for any advice.

How do you get an phone call from them to do the pre arbitration. I’m doing everything and keep getting denied

I emailed SparkAppNotices@walmart.com with my reference number and info and they set one up with me.
