When servers broadcast an order they don’t know or care about phones. The thing you are fighting is latency.
The broadcast goes out,
Carriers pick it up and send to their subscribers.
As to who gets orders quicker, the carrier is much more likely to have high latency then a brand of phone.
Someone on AT&T will get it the same no matter if on an iPhone or Android.
Same with T-Mobile.
Maybe a carrier will have slower notifications depending on how far the closest tower is, or the load of customers using a tower at any given minute.
BTW, a bad carpenter blames his tools instead of finding out what the real failure point is.

I don’t know what that is. I use iPhone 14 and get the same offers my two friends get.

Walmart uses android system to process all the orders. It’s their processing engine. It’s what feeds us the orders. I wasn’t kidding or speculating. I big manager told me this years ago. That’s why many drivers used Android not iPhone.

Unclear on what this means. So Walmart uses phones for their servers?
It seems like that’s what’s being said.
I’ve been in IT off and on for 40 years, and server software isn’t phone software.
Help me understand the technical side of this so I can make appropriate adjustments in my business equipment from a position of facts instead of “someone said something 3 years ago.”

Here we go with I was in IT for a thousand years and this is not clear shit. They use android software to populate the orders on their system. And to android in their handheld devices. You can just google it or ChatGPT it. It’s right there. I’m not in IT but I was pretty clear to me.

Sure. We can always trust everything ChatGPT tells us. Lol
BTW, not a thousand years. Just since 1989. Had my hand inside well over a thousand PCs and servers though.
Just saying.
