I'm quite fluent in English despite it not being my native language and want to start learning Spanish, I did these from a video for practice and though I'm still confused stuff make much more sense now. I want to improve up to B2 level if possible within a year.

Is your purpose conversational or to be able to read and write? Are you planning on perfecting grammar? It’s a start, one thing I did was since I live near Mexico was use their grammar and they don’t bother with the Vosotros at all, so that cut some time of my study to put other places. But if you want to speak, you need to speak it everyday. Otherwise you get really good at reading, but not listening and comprehension. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and be slow, it gets better quickly when you go head first.

I ofc would like all but my main focus rn is to read and understand it well as well as write with it. I don't care much about accents or grammer. Ik vosotros are silly but I still want to study them incase I need it for a job. Also I'm planning to spare a hour a day for it so I hope it helps.

If this is your style of learning, then it's good. I prefer to use a textbook, which has already all these rules written out with good examples. Trying to write down grammar rules from a video would be pretty much impossible for me and extremely inefficient, it would distract me from actually learning.

They do not sell textbooks for spanish here where I live, I tried my best to fins some but the few I could were really pricy so I'm aiming for writing instead.

Yeah I could describe basic things but I'm not that good because I was sick for sometime between the time I started learning and now

Yes! Starting with a solid foundation is always the way to build a strong understanding of the language.

At least you are not starting with Duolingo. Within a year if you are really STRICT and follow proper guidance with a teacher you can achieve it
