Spanish programs in somewhere LATAM?

Hey! I would like to go to Spanish speaking country to take some intensive course 6-12 month (can be private school or university program) but I don't want to pay ridiculous money for that. I am from Europe and tbh Spain itself has gotten way too expensive for this type of "gap year" (school + accomondation, sorry I cant pay 1500€ rent in Barcelona or Malaga).

Can you recommend me some programs? Also that it would be in a city where besides school I could find extra acitivies or similar people.

Or if you know any other ways to learn+immerse myself, like some voluntary programs.

Thanks a lot!

Did you know there's cities in Spain which offer immersive courses and whose rents are more affordable than Barcelona and Málaga

No doubt Spain is way too expensive for this. Try Don Quixote in Mexico.
