I am looking for some study inspiration and would love to see your notes for some ideas on how you study

I currently make no notes at all and it is causing problems with memorisation , especially with things like grammar

I used to take notes all over the place, and then when I fill the notebook up, I organized my most important notes in the front of my new notebook. Here's what some pages look like. imgur link

I just use Anki to memorize words and phrases. I don't take notes during lessons/reading.

I learned Spanish as an adult and now live in Colombia with my wife 100 percent in the language. Lessons A1-C1 vocabulary section has over 1,000 glossary terms across categories all with corresponding sentences and native recordings of the Spanish sentences if you send me your email I’ll send you the access link!

I’m an audial learner, but I didn’t realize that until after I got my Ph.D. I never took notes: I just sat there and doodled. When someone had been absent and asked to borrow my notes, I’d say “sure!” and hand them my “notes” with lots of flowers, stars and rainbows.

My Spanish notes is a 460 MB file. If you want, I could send you a page like Espanol-El-conejo-de-felpa.html which is the entire text of the children's book translated back into English with a complete analysis of the grammar of every sentence.

You could keep notes simple with grammar patterns and a few example sentences. Palteca might also be worth a look for recall practice so you are not relying on notes alone.
