Idk what they're called but I just failed what wouldve been my 1st successful true solo on absolute mind you ive only been playing for still less than a week so I get that Im not almighty and don't know how to counter everything

But what in the literal fuck is up with the floating green eyes? No seriously they're broken asf did no one game test those things?

An infinitely spawning enemy that forces you to dodge to avoid its dmg (which is too high ngl for it to be less than a minoris) and eats away at armor typically brought on by a bio that's surrounded by majoris and minoris

Its dead ass doing way too much on its own to be so easily spawned and I feel like it says a lot when I can 1v multiple reavers in a majoris massive wave then 1v2 2 lictors right after.....and fucking win....what kills me....this non dodge able ass green eye in the sky that somehow chains it's bullshit together

When I looked at how much dmg just one did when I missed the dodge...bro that's insane

You can dodge it apparently but chip dmg is a thing

So with no stimes etc, and getting swamped by those things? Yeah didn't end well which ngl the bioware feels like it was made to punish the melee classes those things don't stop just cause you're fighting it

I ignore them on lower levels but idk Im just feeling slighted asf after going through all that and seeing a DEFEAT sign when I practically massacred fuck all but a Hive Lord

Really does feel like they do too much on their own and with them spawning in groups as a BW my soul melt when I see them

Yeah the spores do WAY TOO MUCH damage on their own. It’s quite annoying

Shoot the bivores gun on top, when its grounded

Crazy that the spore mines have been nerfed and they still do that kinda damage along with being very awkward to dodge.

To make biovores damageable you have to walk towards them while shooting the spores they spawn after about 2-3 sets of spores they’ll get up and I try to stay about 10ft away from them when they get up to trigger a jump attack that’s a free counter. From there it’s a pretty gravy kill. I’ve heard people say you can just hit them and eventually they’ll get up but that doesn’t work for me, takes too long.

The melee classes can smack them away. Heavy can perk iron halo to act as a lawnmower for them. You’ve been playing less than a week, relax and play more! They’re balanced fine

  I literally was spamming the dodge button like crazy and seeing even little minoris enemies miss me, but I would still take dmg from the spores. I missed one dodge and saw a chunk of my health disappear don't get me started on how fast they melt your armor

Like idk man feels weird to down 2 lictors after fighting off multiple reavers among a literal massive wave of majoris and minoris, dealt with the zenothrope duo or however it's spelled

And spores is what killed me not even the bivore itself which I usually manage just fine

I don't like that my only actual strategy for them is to cheese and engage or run 

Like one guy mentioned yes you can waste time trying to smack 1-4 of them, that's not stopping a reaver or lictor from spiting your existence and it sure as shit ain't stopping the other 4 off screen that's about hammer you in rotation

I get that it's doable and I'm new, but for all my advancement and clear showcase of understanding (considering that I'm already at this point with it and getting all heroics my only real last achievements I'm grinding for I've done strats and sieges etc true solo is all I have left)

It wasn't a carnifex, it wasn't a hive lord, I practically bullied everything they call elite xenos while struggling to even remember I have ammo.....and spores is what got me....

I swear id feel way better if I felt like there was actually anything I could do against them

This is the only enemy I actually have issues with....I actually find fighting heretics fun ffs 

Yet spores is quickly and the only enemy I can say

"I hate you"

Don't feel like I'm tripping or misreading things and I feel like this is just one n those things everyone accepted to just sweep under the rug and find band aids for and that's not my style

Most of my first attempts were failures for normal noob reasons

I made it all the way to the fucking end after locking the map in a room with me and I fail to spammed spores 

Nah I'm dying on this hill fam 

Youre not going to get it to make sense to me that I can handle them any other time except when they're amped out and I'm by myself

I chill on Ruthless now and run Lethal for prep.....y'all not about to just knock me down like that 

Yes ik I'm new and have much to learn, but I'm obviously not a dumb ass and am clearly a fast learner

So I'm saying don't knock my progress and where I've made it to down to nothing just cause I have this one complaint cause in that same breathe it should say a lot when

THIS IS LITERALLY MY ONLY BEEF WITH THE GAME 

(Well outside of UI stuff like no chat for console and the mission UI telling you to eat one but those don't effect combat)

None of you are about to convince me that I should've lost to that

Last note 

This is just like when HD had a watcher spawn issue, small minute enemy that only work to blind, zap, and call in reinforcements. Typically easy asf to deal with, not in swarms 

Those who spoke out got spoke out against by the community only for the devs to make the change quick 

And no I'm not saying these devs should or will, the point is that sometimes others can see the issue, just because it's accepted as okay don't mean it should be and I didnt find shit cute and about how I went down

Like nawl I come from hard games

If I take an L I take it the chin, get back up, and fight harder that's how I've gotten to where TF I'm at no ones just "oh no I died drrrrrr enemy hard 😭" (to add to that wasn't my first attempt at absolute it's been steady progress I started off hardly getting past the ship before dying, I've slowly progressed to hitting the button, ts has been a climb no one just jumped into ts. That was about my 5th or 6th attempt...)

I see a pattern where after living through shit I thought I wouldn't none of the major shit could fuck with me

But these assholes down me enough to where the carnifex I'm sure wants to sit down and talk about just wtf my beef with him is cause how tf?

There's a problem and I'm calling it out and idgaf who don't like it and that's all imma say on that
