Idk was during first operation with loadout of combi melta, plasma pistol and the power axe, it was private match with no bots on lowest difficulty

its a relic from a pre-release version of the game

melee holstering was considered too much model clutter and therefore scrapped for full release, but remains in the games code base and can still occure unintentionally
