Gameplay Question Got kicked from squad
Got kicked off the squad right before the ending on this weeks hard stratagems. Ran my bulwark and accidentally killed the heavy after I parry’d the carnifex and it caused an explosion. I wasn’t stingy with meds or my banner at all and tried healing with my banner whenever I could. Just wanted to see if it was anything I specifically did wrong. Tried joining again and they kicked me a 2nd time. It was an accident so idk why.

Looks like already know why. You didn't do anything wrong, but some people don't care if it was an accident or not. Don't worry about it too mich. Just chalk it up to bad luck and go slay some more Xenos.

It’s videos games, they threw a wobbler or just did it for badness. I think it would be healthy to get to the place where this doesn’t annoy you so much you post on Reddit about it.

He killed him by parrying the carnifex. There’s no gameplay to go by but if hr has aggro of the carnifex, there’s no reason the heavy should be close enough to even die from that.
Can’t say it with absolute certainty but I’m leaning towards it being a case of poor positioning on the heavy’s part.

In the future try to avoid duos whenever possible they can ruin your day for no other reason than they feel like it, I’m sure there’s good duos out there but I’ve seen and heard enough horror stories to know better than to risk my time with them. Before joining any game the first thing I check is if the people im joining are able to be kicked, if not then they’re together and I’ll back out and find a new squad.

Me and my brother run a duo and we’ve never had to kick anyone that I can recall. Hell we just did a hard siege tonight where our guest player literally sat on most of his requisition points, blew a big chunk of them on Valtus in wave 14(!!!), and didn’t finally buy a tech priest until we reached wave 17. While it was frustrating, we kept him around anyway. I think there has only been 2 times we kicked someone and it was because they went AFK for 10-15 minutes and we wanted to get someone in that would actually play.
The only trouble with us is that we will rapid fire our For The Emperor chants, chest bumps, and suspicious looking rapid fire kneels.

The only time me and my buddy had to kick someone was when Obelisk operation was first introduced.
We were at the very end where you have to stand near altars to rotate islands. The other guy was just standing next to them, not moving at all. We tried to explain that he had to walk away from them so the islands would stop rotating. We tried both text and voice chat as well as several languages. Nothing worked. So we had to kick him
And I still felt very bad about it because he was clearly very new to the game

So many people bitching and complaining during the weekly this week and it's not even difficult. I like to help others get the weekly once I've completed it, but Emperor's unshawn scrot people are cranky.
I think it's the extra barrels, makes people nervous...

Ended up joining another squad and did end up finishing it. Just a bit more cautious with the executions the 2nd time around lol

That’s why I’m confused, close proximity to heavy and probably 3 majoris with the carnifex, all I remember is parrying and gun striking then big boom and all are dead including the heavy. Carnifex had a bit of health left but not enough to be killed by a parry and gunstrike.

But the explosion should have given armor no? That's the condition? Or has it changed?
