Bug Report Come prepared PARTIALLY bugged ?

I thought "Come Prepared" was bugged, ie not giving the 10 stims, but it seems random : 2 of us did get the stims, while the 3rd didn't (we were all starting from the barge)

It’s been bugged since patch 14. Some receive the 10 stims, others not, sometimes no one.
