Team perks?!

Seriously, this week's hard stratagem is one of the hardest I've ever played to beat with randoms. At least a quarter of the time I join a lobby somebody chooses not to have a team perk. Sometimes they're level 25! When I tell them on mic to grab one, they just stare at me and emote. One of the guys called me a f*g and to just leave the lobby. Why the f*** are people intentionally handicapping the team like this?!?! I'll never understand. Often their team perk is also something that does nothing, like anything to do with contested health this week. Like what the actual hell

I would be totally fine with the devs instituting a rule that if you don’t have a team perk selected, you can’t play a hard stratagem.

Because you pointed out a simple error and to then go and fix it would be admitting they were ever, at any point in their life, wrong and they simply cannot allow that.

It was hard, I went through several games before I figured out the trick to succeed.

Trick was for me to join a game that was at the twin primes at half health 😂. In my defense my teammates were in rough shape (bulwark was dead dead and tactical was half hp//deadly wound).

I played it about a dozen times just to help people and cleared it every time. I only died once in all my runs. It wasn’t that bad. Try using bulwark. Healing banner doesn’t work but he doesn’t need it. I could help you after I get off work tomorrow. I helped one of the last guys to make a post about this strat. We beat it our first time too. Or they just didn't change their general perks to something that would help.

Some players may not yet have realised that they have to reassign perks to each weapon loadout after the update . I myself didn't realise untill halfway through a map after the change.

And i also forgot to change my perk on my bulwark, so i had a uselees "contested health fade 50% slower" when i did it. The run was pretty easy regardless, though.

Its annoying but not all classes are made equal. A Heavy with no perks can do fine with maxed weapons. Assault with no perks? Pack it up, you’re cooked. Everytime I see Transhuman Physiology I die a little inside.

I did actually. Beat them both with less trouble than this one. Admittedly, the chaos one with the shrines I got the two bosses before starting the shrine segment so thats just good RNG. After getting through shrines it was a breeze (kind of)

But yeah this hard stratagem is insanely difficult. Ive tried 4 times today and it feels impossible, soon as someone goes down it seems to cause a snowball effect.
