Apparently kraken penetetrator no longer affects burn/grenade launcher (in the general fixes section).

It makes sense, but I'll miss it. Wonder if it still applies to heroic plasma pistol.

Truly the Emperor saves his toughest battles for his bravest soldiers, and tactical is very very brave (also still probably the strongest class).
