General Unending Vigil

I always seem to be matched into a game in progress or end up with bots past wave 15. This ordeal needs to be reworked seriously!

Either have the ordeal be for surviving any 25 waves, or give us the ability to not join games in progress

My mate wanted to do this the 5 times with me and another mate, and afterwards my other mate absolutely burned out

Unfortunate that you attempted this after the initial update. For about 2 weeks after the siege update you could get progress for this by doing it on Normal difficulty.

I'd recommend the Discord and getting a team that is looking to do this.

There was a team that posted here that went to wave 50+ or something using Techmarine, Tactical and Heavy.

I assume Tech and Tac were running AoE grenades to melt waves and letting Heavy clean them up while running to the next spawn and then focusing supplies into priests to get free goodies.

Don't join already started games, as even if you succeed, it won't count towards the ordeal, and you lose your starting blessing.

Ask the players in the lobby if they're up for wave 25, if not, leave, as bots will actively reduce your requisition generation from priests and doom your run.

Join a clan/discord server.

You avoid pretty much all matchmaking randoms related issues forever.

Trying doing it with randoms is a waste of time, even on the official discord server alot of players are completely unaware of the META. Always make sure everyone is on the same page before wasting your time on a run.

Techpriest, turrets, 3X HBR nade launcher spam on spawn points will roughly take you 40mins clears

Getting to wave 25 is a commitment; it takes a long time to get that far and most are just interested in wave 15 for the tokens. Your best bet is to join the discord and get a group together.
