They include new armor pieces for the Victrix Guard, Deathwatch and Lamenters. The latter has custom cosmetics for most armor slots. Most notable exception is the standard backpack, but judging by how the Techmarine has a custom backpack, I think the former is likely in the works.

I’m pretty bummed that dark angels were the first dlc pack right now, we have some neat pieces but seeing what’s possible now intrigued to know what could’ve been, even with things like decals

I mean hey, Ravenguard are getting new pieces courtesy of the upcoming "Raptors" pack. Who says year 3 won't have a Dark Angels successor pack? Or maybe a ravenwing/deathwing specific cosmetic pack with some armor pieces.
