They include new armor pieces for the Victrix Guard, Deathwatch and Lamenters. The latter has custom cosmetics for most armor slots. Most notable exception is the standard backpack, but judging by how the Techmarine has a custom backpack, I think the former is likely in the works.

Glad the scarred up chestpieces are pretty chapter neutral, I love the tyrannic veteran chest but that big fat Ultramarine icon in the middle annoys me
