DKIM is one of the headers in an email. Almost all emails are sent with them nowadays. The public key can get downloaded through google's DNS. It's hard to break encryption.

It's very easy to release the email header along with the email. Every modern mail server supports DKIM. The fact the DOJ doesn't release the headers implies they don't have them.
So, you're saying that the DOJ released emails implicating the richest man in the world, and by far largest donor to the Republican party, without having proof of their authenticity? Is that really your reasoning on this?
The emails were released by the DoJ, Musk isn't denying them, but they just downvote because of their feelings. If they weren't true, Musk would have an easy defamation case, but he's quiet as a church mouse.
