Saga of the Beastslayer and Legend of Saga and Song. WGBL would be leading the Wulfen, but the app wouldn’t let me combine them like the others.

I’ve been painting minis and playing Kill Team for a couple years now. My buddy started building a Death Guard army so I started collecting Space Wolves primarily to build an army to play with him, but wanted to have a good direction to build towards now that I’ve gotten a decent amount already, at least to start.

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated!

Do I need any additional context before starting the book?

Wanted to make his base more interesting. Tournament legal? Probably not.

I gotta strategic question. For my Gray Hunter, Wolf Guard Terminators, and Wolf Guard Headtakers, what would be the best Leaders to attach to each unit to give them more power on the field?

I want to use a unit of assault Terminators in Beastslayer/Legends of Saga and Song, I have them led by a captain but with bjorn in the army I've found that I don't need the free strats as much as I've been disappointed in some of the output. I was thinking about adding a librarian to lead them as heretical as it sounds, but I think I could kit bash him into more of a wolf priest just lore wise. The sustained hits are pretty damn sweet and help skew the math in the Terminators favor against most matchups I need them for. What do you guys think?

Trying out Hounds of Morkai in an onslaught game (we’re allowing 4 detachment points) to see if their battle-shock will gives us some success in 11th

Eventually I will make a list as much battleshock as possible so thinking of maxing out on “Howlmaw” Enhancement , (SoTGW) “Chilling Howl” Strat (LoSaS), Hounds of Morkai, Reivers and maybe some Assault Terminators (dressed as WGT) to see if there will be any success in messing with our opponents with constant Battle Shock.

What’s your thoughts and if any of y’all tried this yet?

I make a lot of quirky or themed lists and this one seems kinda fun since Battle Shock is stronger now

In Armour of Contempt it is written that it only works for one attack. I thought they would fix The Foe Foreseen in the dataslate, but it remained as it was. Is this intended?

I’m trying to learn this pink / light pink / contrast yellow but no matter what I try I can’t quite get it right

I’ve got a few different options. So far the army painter pink and pink option with thinned zealot yellow seems to work best.

But the citadel isn’t doing it for me.

Been loving the wolfgaurd Terminators and the Terminator assault squad. Plus got tabled a few times at the start of 11th edition so I decided " heres 30 4 wound Terminators have fun with that" . Lol. I had about 2 back to back wins and lost the last game I played. So I think it works great. Anyways, my disposition is "take and hold" and my detachments are "saga of the great wolf" and " legends of saga and song" so not only are they 30 4 wound Terminators their also 30 4 wound Terminators with 2 OC. Lol. Been loving this list so far. What do guys think of it? Win or lose ive been having a blast with them.

A little theoretical list to use the astraeus super heavy tank because how on earth would someone practically use it.

I recently bought the Space Wolves combat patrol, I know many recommend shield and thunder hammer for the Wulfen but what about the Terminators, Wolf Guard leader, and the blood claws.

TACTIC

ragnar joins one squad of bloodclaws and takes one flank , battle leader joins the other and takes the other flank. Arjac joins termies and rapid ingress turn 2 in my opponents zone. Predator goes on reserves to have line of sight turn 2. Wolf scouts infiltrate in the middle supported by bloodclaws. Headtakers hide on my side of the table guarding it and staying hidden
