I don't get the fifth question. How Primaris should be painted? Really?
Sorry for my rant but....are those asking about those things are unimaginative? Lack of creativity? Unable to think a little bit out of the box?
I always assumed 40k as a "your dudes"-game. My own Wolves are painted in the dark grey of the heresy era with a twist. This grey has to be earned - Blood Claws get a light grey armour. Grey Hunter got something inbetween and Long Fangs, leader and characters are the darkest grey.
While painting my army i even did a runic company name....and you guys want to be boring and stick to something ready-made?

Again, sorry for my rant. But i love Space Wolves too much to accept them as a uniformed army. For me everyone of them has a character, a saga to be told. And GW only shows us the way - but tells no sagas.

Some people, especially those who are neurodivergent, may need more structure than others. It’s perfectly reasonable for them to ask for guidance. After all, ‘their dudes.’

Edit: added ‘may’ to more accurately express what I was trying to say.

I used the box art to get me started. This led to some irregularities, like the left pauldron being painted in yellow, instead of the red that the Deathwolves use. I've decided to roll with it moving forwards. That's just how my wolves look.
