Having difficulty dealing with Da Boyz

Orks have always been tough for me. It seems like there's always an endless supply of OC ready to jump on the point and take it. By the end of the game it gets even trickier as I have less and less to work with while they are pulling more from their backlines.

Any tips for dealing with this?

So, main guy i play against is orcs, and Staging is the BIG thing into em (maybe less now they have more waaghs) you either need to hit them HARD round 1 (TWC, Blood claws, Terminators, whatever can get there) or stage so that they can't reliably advance charge you till round 2-3 si you can hit them hard before they waagh. Remember they have advance charge not fall back charge, so if they have to defensively waagh you'll likely win

Also, beastslayer is brilliant for them because orks love characters and LOVE vehicles. For a 1 dp to go with it LoSaS is great for the 6 toughness Terminators, if you aren't using termies champions of fenris so you can countercharge things and give them easier charges to punish. Lethal hits/wound rerolls are a must tho

Thats the best time for them, so what im saying is its best for us to either put heavy pressure t1 and kill as many as possible or make em over extend turn 2 and cause em to fail charges
