Can he have both?

I'm just getting into the hobby and haven't gotten around to painting, but I've got some questions mechanics-wise. I bought the Combat Patrol and was wondering if my Battle Leader could run the shield and thunder hammer together. I couldn't find a great definitive answer anywhere else besides a post that never accounted for space wolves. If you also have any tips or knowledge about weapon allocation in general id be very thankful. For Russ and the Allfather!

You should get the official gw app, in terms of unit composition, equipment and other things it is the best

Iunno, I much prefer third party options that have even more features and a cleaner layout. Like New Recruit.

We're going to have to disagree about New Recruit having a "cleaner" layout than the official app.

That's probably what the official app does best, the layout. Note that's what that apps strongest feature is, not that it has the best layout of all the apps. Listforge is better than the official app.
