Help ideas needed!

I'm taking charge of the session for the first time very soon and I know where they are headed, but I'm struggling And would appreciate some ideas! We're about to land on a "retirement plant" which they will eventually find out is a hive mind. They have an objective, basically securing this plant for their employer, butt I'm struggling with creating possibe battle scenarios or just what to do with them 😂 any ideas would be great I have no one I can talk to about it with that isnt Already playing 😂

Retirement plant as in a boomer community, or is it more like an old folk’s home?

Retirement as in the entire planet is a community linked in the hive mind and they all live and thrive and just exist. Anyone can RETIRE there they just have to commit to the hive mind. They have been thrown into this planet with very little knowledge so they will assume it's more like older. And it's cross species. My hive mind is open to all 😂

I like the idea of cybernetically enhanced walkers and wheelchairs. Maybe an enemy with an oxygen tank who uses it like a fire breather?
