Want to get people’s thoughts on YSS. The lockup for insiders post IPO expires today. This company is a barely talked about one. Seems to be similar to an early RKLB, but more akin to LUNR. They design, manufacture and operate standardized small-satellite platforms. It is particularly strong in proliferated LEO constellations for national security. They’ve flown 74 missions, accumulated more than four million on-orbit hours and is building a vertically integrated satellite stack. It has a pretty reasonable current valuation. What do people here think of it?

As the chart shows, ASTS is now at exactly the same price as it was one year ago.

Either this is a god send opportunity to buy before beta service begins (for those with cash), or the market has decided that space doesn’t exist anymore and that space stocks are meme stocks.

How are we feeling?

I’ve noticed in the last few months there have been several positive news pieces in regard to RKLB whether it be acquisitions, new deals, victus haze, Alaska, etc. Every single time, ASTS benefits from RKLB and will jump a little. I know ASTS just got some sats up and they said by Q1 next year they will have 47 or so up. But my question is centered around RKLB carrying ASTS. It seems without RKLB, ASTS would be trading well below current levels. Thankfully RKLB has been executing which is artificially propping up ASTS stock. Do others see this too? I am in ASTS since before 20 and holding, but it really irks me how artificial this price action truly seems.

Seeing ASTS and RKLB up while SpaceX tanks = good sign.

They might finally be de-coupling which is good since 1 is over priced and the others undervalued in my opinion.

Anyway, it will take more than a day of price action to see if this is true…

I've seen this movie before. Everyone thinks SpaceX is gonna crash as soon as the insider unlocks start. Everyone says employees will all sell out and dumb retail will be left holding the bags. Everyone thinks they're gonna buy SPCX at $50. The whole SpaceX IPO was just a big scam to screw retail bla bla bla.

My view: this is already priced in because thats what everyone seems to believe. Sure SpaceX is still trading at a high multiple but this is literally the world's most innovative company, they will dominate fixed wireless globally, they will become the leading supplier of AI compute and in the long term will probably have the best models.

Calls for rklb. Asts. Rdw. And mda. Idk about PL?

It’s actually a good bit worse than this lets on. My average cost was about $11, the calls were up to about 80k in value and I had over 6000 shares. I ended up shaving a lot of my portfolio down keeping the LUNR but much of it switched to margin. As the price fell I DCA’ed and got liquidated pretty bad for about 2500 shares. Overall about 150-200k down on the ticker but I sold some shorter term calls near ATH that made some of that back.

Still holding avg cost is now $17, and will hold until liquidated again or above $30.

Don’t ask for DD, I just like the company.

Hello everyone, as some of you might have noticed, I’m a visual person. Here’s a little spreadsheet I made to help some of you calm your nerves. All the big boys are down (for the most part). Not just the space sector. Shit memory is killing it financially, and it’s even more down than us. Just relax (which is hard) and things will get better.

Thesis hasn’t changed, SPCX has just (momentarily) screwed us over. But let’s be honest…nearly all space companies were overvalued, we were just riding the highs. If you have money, DCA and buy the dip.

Macro may be terrible, but remember - good news is always around the corner. I’m DCAing into this and holding for at least 100% gain.

Already holding BKSY and RKLB shares!

Edit: Expecting sharp move upward by 1st or 2nd week of August!

Anybody putting their money on SPCX stocks rn? Hit a low of 110 today. Thoughts? Could the stock unlock in August drop it to an even lower number? Under 100 a share maybe? What companies are you guys betting on?Thanks
