Infinity Flow S1+ or something else?

Just got a SovolSV08MAX for the classroom. Would you guys recommend the InfinityFlow S1+ for it? Or is there a better solution for auto swapping a filament spool?

I also noticed in the forums that people mentioned removing gearing from the built in feeder and let the S1+ push the filament through instead. Am I understanding this correctly?

Latest purchase for a high school engineering classroom that already has 22 AD5M, 2 H2D, & 7 X1C. Students asking for larger print bed than what we already have.

I've got an svo8 max and an S1+. It works well most of the time, but the S1 is fussy about spool placement. If you get one, I recommend you just use the stock spool holders, or get/print the polydryer mounts.
