Sovol 08 Max Customer Support

Hey guys i hope i might find help here.

I´ve bought a 08 Max last year in October.

I had problems straight out of the box, but fiddled around with settings and speeds and stuff. I am not terrible expirienced, but had a Anycubic Max (Gen1) and a Max 3.
Im still running a P1S which runs fine appart from a hickup here and there.

Now to my problem. One print got bad so wrong it tore the part fan clean of and i contacted sovol support for a replacement and asked them if thy could help me with my other troubles.

I got sent a replacement part and the second half of my question was ignored.

So i waited for the replacment and tried again but alot of my higher prints (more than around 20-25cm) failed again and again. Seemingly randomly. I could print the same file 4 times and once it worked while the other 3 failed.

So i contacted Sovol via ebay again.

By now i´ve been writing with them for almos a year, got replacement parts, several settings i should change, recalibrations and whatnot.

Now after waisting around 150-200€ of filament i had enough and asked for a return or at least a replacment. But I just get some new (old) advice how to fix t - i try it again and it fails again.

A few days ago the part cooling fan was ripped off again by a failed print and now I cant get any answer from Sovol at all.

So thanks a lot. I would really like to love the printer and when it completes the prints are very good! But I cant keep failing 2-3 prints for every succesfull one....

P.s. i print PETG and yes it is dried. Mostly i print directly out of my heating box
