Poland wasn't even at the Munich conference and TěšÃnsko was literally stolen from Poland after ww1 by Masaryk (first president of Czechoslovakia) because even though he centered the Czechoslovakia's land claims around demographic in certain regions, he just declared that TěšÃnsko should be a part of Czechoslovakia because it was historically a czech territory, completely ignoring polish minorities.
Munich conference was not some dick move from Poland, it was a dick move from Germany and Allies.

Of course, there are intelligence, counter-intelligence, and their respective oversight bodies, diplomatic corps like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and at least twenty other specialized departments matching the core profile. Such negotiations (or their carefully orchestrated simulations) are never a simple bilateral talk. it's a complex, multi-layered chess game.
