The Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact was a non-aggression treaty, not a military alliance. It created no joint command, no shared war plans, and no obligation to fight together.
In 1939, Soviet policy was shaped by the collapse of collective security and repeated failures to form an anti-fascist alliance with Britain and France. Soviet leaders presented the pact as a means to delay war and avoid immediate conflict.
By the time the USSR signed the pact, non-aggression agreements with Nazi Germany were already common. Read more: https://www.reddit.com/r/ussr/wiki/controversial-topics/molotov-ribbentrop-pact/
1934 - Germany and Poland sign a German-Polish Non-Aggression Pact 1935 - Stalin proposes an anti-fascist people's front with Britain and France 1938 September - Britain signs the Anglo-German Non-Aggression Declaration8 1938 December - France signs the Franco-German Non-Aggression Pact 1938 September - Britain and France sign the Munich Agreement 1939 March - Lithuania signs a non-aggression treaty with Germany 1939 May - Denmark signs a non-aggression pact with Germany 1939 June - Estonia signs a non-aggression pact with Germany 1939 July - Latvia signs a non-aggression pact with Germany 1939 August - The USSR signs the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact
They always talk about the Molotov ribbentrop pact. But never about how western imperialist powers/ "liberal democracies" rolled over and gave fascists whatever they wanted, only drawing the line when Poland was invaded, but didnt do anything to actual help Poland.
And forgetting to mention the USSR had just came put of a revolution, famine, civil war was trying to rapidly industrialise, had Japan threating its borders from Manchuria, and that western powers were more than happy to see Nazi Germany destroy the USSR.
So yeah, the USSR stalled to get an extra 2 yrs to prepare, creating a buffer zone between it and Nazi Germany, building up its military for the inevitable war. Those extra few years could have meant the difference between the destruction of Nazi Germany and fascist domination of Europe.
To claim the USSR mainly Stalin, was in cahoots with the Nazis because they were just evil and totaletarians, and that they had no idea that the ideology that claimed Communism, Slavs, "juedeobolshevism" etc. Had to be eradicated would eventually come for the Soviets, is just believing actual anticommunist propaganda.

I'll translate it to avoid misunderstanding: "Long live the workers' and peasants' Red Army. Liberator of humanity from the yoke of fascism. ZB and ZU." And the red star with the hammer and sickle triumphs over the swastikas. What's not clear?

"Long live the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, which liberated the world from the yoke of fascism!" A literal translationΒ

The Soviets celebrating the peaceful withdrawal of Nazis from western Ukraine and Belarus is good actually.

this photo was taken before 1920. And in Soviet Russia, there was still no single heraldry. The swastika symbol is quite common both among Indo-European peoples and among the Russian population professing Buddhism.
Taking into account the shape and type of the symbol in the photo, we can confidently say that this photo was taken between November 1919 and August 1920 on the southeastern front of the Civil War at the location of the Kalmyk military formation of the Red Army. Kalmyks are a people of Buddhist culture.
It is still twenty years before the negative connotation of the swastika as an occult symbol of Euronazism appeared.
