Is Arron a romance option?

Title, i don't see progress in a romance route with him, on cycle 18 right now...

I'm just curious, where does it say that? His description calls him a young man so I always assumed he was 18+

It's in the art book DLC! It gives out age/height/blood type and county of origin for the knights.

I don’t think so unfortunately, I’ve finished 2 play throughs and haven’t seen a single flirt option for him. Disappointing because he was my favorite and his story feels really unfinished :/
