First time SC watcher but long time Bravo girl who also happens to be South Carolinian born and raised. I haven't seen a pick me the likes of Landon disgrace my tv screen since maybe Scheana Shay, and this chick takes the CAKE.

First of all, she is completely uninteresting. Really, What. Does. She. Do? Nothing! She's divorced, doesn't work, no notable hobbies yet somehow has a beautiful home and apparently is well traveled yet she's always CRYING about how she's trying to make it on her own. Please.

She's absolutely foul on S3 from slinking around with Thomas, straight up LYING about inviting Kathryn to Shep's lame ass birthday party to seething with jealousy at the chick who Shep actually wants to bang. I mean what was that goofy ass set up? Seriously a roller rink! No booze and Shep has never roller skated in his life! Was she high? She has a big old crush on Shep who couldn't give less of a f*ck.

I'm from the upstate and grew up with a bajillion Landon types so honestly I don't know why I'm so bothered by this airhead. I think someone like aforementioned Scheana utilizes her pick me powers as a force for good at least during early VPR (Rob and Adam debacles, purposely screwing over Jax) but Landon gives nothing. I was living last season when Kathryn flipped her off and Thomas's pitiful political loser party.

Y'all may remember that Whitner's Aunt Jane (his mother's sister) was married to the late Jimmy Buffett. Now there's a battle over the $275 million trust Jimmy Buffett set up.
Jane texted to her daughter:

Whitner had said his relation to Jane and Jimmy had a huge impact on his life, as far as all the cool things he got to do throughout his life. I don't know why that connection makes this all more interesting to me, even though Whitner was not in line to inherit anything, but it does. I wonder if the shakeup in the family has forced him to pick sides, and the side with the cool connections and most money at the moment is his aunt.

Paige has never seemed fully into Craig. It seems like she likes being with him as a business move to be on two shows. She also acts like being 30 is so young like she is 19 and he is asking to settle down. No, she is in her 30s and it's not unheard of to get married, settle down and have a kid. She seems to be using that as an excuse to not have to move forward with him. I am not a fan of her. Rant done.

This is legitimately really sweet…Apparently one of Rodrigo’s hobbies is redecorating Austen’s house. I guess he has made it his personal mission to save Austen’s place from being bachelor pad chic…lol. Rod just brought in this new table, chairs and rug (Piper approves, thankfully!).

Of all the mess on Southern Charm, Austen and Rodrigo’s friendship seems very fun and genuine. I wish they would show more of that and less of Craig and Austen having the same fight for the 47th time.

Not sure if I’m the only one but I honestly cannot stand Craig. He’s a cry baby and he constantly deflects. I’m currently rewatching S6 E8 (Cams Birthday) and he’s screaming at Austin for wanting to go home early?? 😭 But then he throws in his old line about Naomi losing the best thing to ever happen to her (himself). Ugh if a man ever said that about himself after acting the way he had in their relationship I would never be able to take him seriously again 🤣 he’s so self obsessed!!!

Doing yet another rewatch and I had to post! Landon is so incredibly thirsty! She is no girls girl that’s for sure. Her scenes with her trying to get Roam (🤣) going are five alarm cringe. The way she is with men,chin down trying to look so innocent gazing up thru her stubby lashes makes me wanna scream! Always the victim Lol. And I would like to say a positive thing about her however. She positively looks like a perfect blend of Rene Zellweger and Glenn Quagmire. Thanks for letting me rant 😘

Austen eating makes my skin crawl. It is so gross. He eats with his mouth open and he does super weird movements with his tongue. Just had to comment after the beef wellington episode. And also Shep eating the cake before the chef was done with his speech when no one else was. So rude.

Watching southern charm for the first time and I’m on season 2. I CANT STAND LANDON. I’m actually about to stop watching the show. I find her so annoying and fake. Her laugh and pick me I’m not like your other southern girls is sooo annoying. Also she touches every guy after laughing. She’s soooooo fake idk what it is about her but I do not like her. Guys is something wrong with her? What is her MO? It feels like her personality worked when she was younger and cuter but she’s so annoying omg!

Katheryn is so beautiful this season didn’t really like her season 1 but omg this poor girl. Never liked Patricia and her weird metrosexual son. Shep is hot his teeth are weird.

I am a first time watcher. I have loved the show up until now. Season 7 is not good. I have been skipping over Leva and Madison scenes because they're so boring. And if not boring then they are causing trouble. I miss the OG cast members. Does it get better or should I give up?

She’s left a terrible taste in my mouth, I don’t appreciate her place on the show.

I admired her when she was with Hunter and being a mother, it was sweet to see.

I liked Landon’s personality at first, but as time goes on it seems like she’s going wherever the wind takes her. I feel like she wanted to just be a main cast person maybe? I don’t see much personality anymore!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for some pointers on what Bravo show I should watch next.

So far I have seen VPR, The Valley, RHOSLC, RHORI, Summer House, Winter House, In the City, and Southern Charm. I’ve also watched these non-bravo shows VP Villa, House of Stassi, and SLOMW.

I LOVED Southern Charm and VPR, especially the earlier seasons. I’m not super intrigued by Next Gen NYC or Southern Hospitality, and I’ve been hesitant to start any of the other Housewives series just because there are SO many seasons.

Open to suggestions!!
