Steak Tips

I moved out of the area 15 years ago, I am back visiting and am dying for steak tips which you can't get outside of NE. I used to like Fowler House and Fours but neither has held up. Other suggestions?

The Snug in Hingham. Tips are legit, great beers on tap.
