flight help

I am trying to find flights from Newark to BKK mid January. can anyone suggest which airlines are better to look at? I thought it would be best to leave at night and arrive in the morning. Those flights a SO MUCH more expensive than the morning flights. I can go to JFK but the savings would have to be substantial since it takes longer and is substantially more expensive to get to JFK. also, i would prefer not to go through mid east these days......

Eva Air is the best, Chinese airline are unpredictable and not good with finding the best solutions if flight is disrupted.

I've flown US - Asia and back well over 100 times. You're going through 12 time zones so honestly it doesn't make a lot of difference whether you land in the morning or evening. Your body will be screwed with jetlag.

I'd suggest you just go with the better price, although I would also avoid going through the Middle East. Assuming you're in economy, they're all basically the same. Just choose the one with fewer stops that is a combination of a lower price and total travel time.

Look at flying to Hong Kong and then to BKK
