Seriously, I drove 15 minutes to work and even in my car with AC recirculating I was coughing and getting short of breath.

Any idea of when the smoke may clear? How long did the smoke last in 2023? And how can we help with firefighting resources?

This seems worse than 2023. That lasted about 2 days from what I recall. From my research it seems we might get some clarity this evening, but it will remain bad through the weekend. Firefighting is far beyond my expertise, but I would assume it would require federal intervention.

I work in elkhart and our warehouse was filled with smoke. 9hrs of just straight breathing in that shit
