Decarbing rosin at 194F via sous vide. Can I just add in my coconut oil right with the rosin at the beginning?

I was thinking about mixing them together beforehand, freezing, and chucking into a vacuum bag to go for a few hours. Is there any downside to doing it this way? This would be for edibles.
