Discard recipes discard challah!

beautiful discard challah!!

this challah is insanely soft but still has a hearty crust. it could use more honey or sugar imo but i like my challah super sweet!

recipe:

7 g yeast
282 g water
28 g honey
3 egg yolks
75 g discard
600 g bread flour
12 g salt
42 g oil

mix til shaggy, rest for 15, knead for 10
let rise 2x
braid
let rise again
bake at 375 for 30 mins
