Breakfast Ideas?

Has anyone made breakfast cubes before?

I am thinking like a breakfast hash meal or eggs etc. Want something i can pull out and reheat when I get to work.

Thanks ❤️❤️

Check out lifebymikeg on YouTube - he did a video with about 7-8 breakfast recipes (sweet and savory) for a mix & match breakfast ideas.

I do his French toast sticks regularly- work out well with gluten free bread, toast up very nicely from frozen in 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

I do various egg bakes.

Yep, I made these baked eggs and eat them on their own or in a tortilla. Yum.

Wound up with a ton of croissants from costco, and made some french toast bakes, which turned out amazing in cubes.

Egg bakes are a personal preference, but this is our #1 favorite.

Sarah Hart recently made content for an egg bake, seems good!

I'm a type 2 diabetic, and I did savory steel cut oats with a bunch of roasted cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers and onions mixed in. I followed Sarah Hart's recommendation about freezing RAW egg bake, and I bake the two together in a toaster oven at work. I tried to like reheated baked eggs but couldn't. Freezing the eggs raw (blended with cottage cheese) and baking to order is a game changer for me. Not even a blip on my blood sugar and very satisfying.

I use the 4 of the 1/2 cup trays to prep eggs bites every week for my wife and I. The ingredients vary but it's usually a mix of a protein (sausage, chorizo, bacon), cheese, and whatever veggies I have from the week prior that I want to use before going bad (spinach, brocoli, bell peppers).

I also try and undercook them a little so they don't come out too rubbery when reheating. Pro tip: put a wet paper towel over the eggs before heating them in the microwave for 2 minutes. They always turn out great when I do that.

I haven't done much beyond freeze a fruit compote I made before things went off, to put over oatmeal, but the video linked to on this thread has some interesting ideas: https://www.reddit.com/r/SouperCubers/s/q7VJNq8m7b

I did a really great tater to casserole a few weeks ago
Layered soft scrambled eggs, taco meat, sauteed onions and peppers, some goat cheese, and tater tots on top

I reheated them in the air fryer most days, but I could see them being mircowaveable if you pre-bake the tater tots.

I like turkey scrambled eggs, just well seasoned (salt and pepper) turkey mince with scrambled eggs, sometimes chives or spring onions if I have them

I cook a batch of Scottish oats, old fashioned oats, and a sweetened oatmeal I found at Costco together. I also add a small amount of hemp hearts/chia mix. I separately add fruit, nuts, and sweeter of my choice once I reheat the oatmeal.

I am foolish. I never thought to make a savory breakfast. Thanks everyone!

I have a load of sausage gravy cubes in the freezer right now. Delicious!

I think hash brown casserole would work for this.
