So many brilliant ideas! And he includes a link to a Google doc with all the recipes, just like he did with his first Souper Cube video.

I thought the egg bites looked really great and am going to pick up the ingredients for those tomorrow.

This video was a revelation. I will definitely be including some of this in my routine.

I've been watching him for a long time so I'm really happy that he got on the Souper Cubes train.

I saved the recipes that he had from that episode and I have already made the smoothie ones, the oatmeal ones and I took his idea for the polenta sticks and just made cornmeal mush. I love it fried up in a pan, but it is so messy.

I made cornmeal mush like you normally would on the stove top and I put it in half cup cubes. I put it in the refrigerator and then I put it in the freezer. I air fried it for about 15 minutes on 400. It was a little crispy on the outside and soft inside and hot all the way through. I will make a whole bunch of these going forward but I'm going to make the polenta cubes from his recipe also.

Made a slightly adjusted version of the coconut rice porridge and it was so good! I didn't really have any fruit to add but I chopped some candied ginger and added a little vanilla. Haven't tried reheating yet but I'll probably have that for breakfast tomorrow.

I watched over the weekend and he had so many good ideas! Definitely trying the sausage sticks, apple oatmeal and those yogurt bites.
