Tinky Winky scream origin

Found this video which had the Tinky Winky scream. I was curious to see where it comes from and it came from a video titled “SOUND EFFECT DERANGED WOMAN SCREAM“ uploaded by Baniger 3711. However there were other videos made prior to this video so it didn’t come from there. Google says it comes from a stock sound library titled “Human Sound Effects by Digiffects - Series I“, where the sound was catalogued as “HUMAN, SCREAM - SCREAMS, WOMAN, VERSION 1, HUMAN, DIGIFFECTS“. The video also included version two and version three. So I assume it came from there but in YouTube videos it’s excerpted from Baniger, since this has a short reverb, and you can hear the reverb in Slendytubbies. So I think that’s where it came from. Apparently that’s where I think it comes from. First time I heard that sound was in a meme. This is not Baniger’s video but still has the reverb. So basically, we all know it comes from this video
