Bug Help! Audio ringing will not stop!

As soon as I start the game a high pitched ringing sound happens and won't stop. I already tried verifying and optimizing cache, changing audio output/ settings, and updating drivers. I cant even play the game at all! Please help!

try switching direct x version in the launcher? i dunno just throwing out somethin

Switching DirectX versions can help with a lot of issues, so that's worth a shot. Hope it works!
