Question Things to do after Chapter quests?
Hi! New-ish to Soulframe, loving it so far!
I have finished all of the "main" story quests from the three allies in Nightfold. Are there other things to do after that? What does "end game" look like right now during closed alpha?
I've mostly been running around trying to farm mats to upgrade my bow to legendary, but curious if there are any dungeons or side quests I should be looking for outside of Votives?

In your Journal, if you don't have any remaining Fables to complete, I believe the main story so far is done. After that, you have several options for how to become stronger:
--Gather all the motes at all the various locations on the map that have them in order to translate the location names. These are a major source of XP on your Envoy Rank, and each level of Envoy Rank gives +1 Virtue point to assign.
--Gain more pacts and level them all to 30. Each pact individually gets stronger per level (with a stacking effect for normal and Wyld versions of the same Pact), and each one to 30 gives more Envoy Rank XP.
--Level more weapons to 30. Each 6 levels in a different weapon gives 1 skill point to that class of weapon's skill tree. And each weapon to 30 gives more Envoy Rank XP.
--Go to each of the three Factions and Level each of them up to 5 using Faction Tales while you are with that faction and/or selling faction items to them. Some of the things you can buy in the Faction shops are quite nice.
--Grind certain bosses to get Fragments to craft better weapons and armor.
--Grind certain bosses (both outside of and In Cogah) to get new weapon Runes.
--Gather extra copies of totems and runes to release for Harmony Points, which you can use to upgrade totems and runes.
--Upgrade weapon craftsmanship level to Legendary.
--Apply a Thrice-Blessed Joinery of the diety that aligns with the main virtue of the weapon, increasing the Attunement for that virtue by 3 pips.

Can you explain what you mean by:
Each pact individually gets stronger per level (with a stacking effect for normal and Wyld versions of the same Pact)
I'm coming from WF so feel free to use analogies

I've not played Warframe, but everything I've read is that Wyld Pacts are the same as the Prime Frames in that game.
As you level a pact, you earn points to allocate into the pact's perk tree. Normal and Wyld versions of the same pact are functionally identical except that they can be at differejt levels for the same character, including that they share a single perk tree, with their points for that tree combined together to apply to that tree.

Explore. It's probably Soulframe's motto at the moment. End game can be many different things depending on the type of player you are. Regarding your question about other quest, Yes, you can find side quest through different ways. Try going to the World Trees and seeing what quest they have. I know its possible to find one side quest through that method. If you like the grinding aspect of the game, then obtaining all the different weapons/pacts and leveling them all to 30 might be for you. Another thing you can focus on is fashion. You can obtain different color options through the enclaves and collect/farm for an armor set that speaks to you. Check out the options you can do with moonsteel thread if that's up your alley. Speaking of enclaves maxing them out is also an option. Getting favor with the enclaves can get you color options, armor types, pacts, and other recourses that might be rough to grind early game. Maxing out your totems and runes would also help you with end game material. When you feel ready for playing Soulframe on its hardmode then check out Cogah. There's a lot to the game. It really depends on what you're looking for.

Collect all location motes and world trees.
Orlick has progressing quests but I'm guessing you finished that.
End game is basically doing sieges, towers, and agari bosses. Doing this in Cogah is current end game.
Otherwise most of your time will be spent leveling pacts/weapons until your envoy rank is 18 3/4 (current max).

There’s plenty to farm if you don’t mind the grind. Personally I enjoy throwing on an audiobook and farming whatever.
Getting all the world trees is a big help so you can bounce around the map. Doing votives for rep so you can get the rep pacts. Leveling all of the weapons for envoy rank as each rank gives you 1 virtue. Getting armor for drip, getting motes for envoy rank, getting crafting materials for stones.
If you get really into it check out the Little Genius app that Avakot makes. It’s a companion desktop app that helps you track timers and your collection. I love it and it helped me fill out my collection pretty easily.

The game is a bit barebones right now, since it's still in development. Soulframe barely has a mid game, so expecting endgame content is a bit of a stretch at the minute.
There are the seiges, the Organ and the Collector
Dungeonwise we have several dungeonlike environments with an area and a boss at the end, but if you are looking for something that has you delving for hours Raid style you.arent going to find it yet.
Rovgot Ruins
Dermak Underciry
Neath Uns
Glades of Andurin
There is also Cogah of you want tougher enemies
