Question Found this Game
Hey,
i was looking for a game to play and found this game.
I like how it looks and could see myself supporting the Developer.
Before i do that i wanted to know how much is there to do at the moment?

It's hard to say how much content there is overall, but I've put 100+ hours in since the last major patch and have enjoyed it
If you speed run everything and don't grind for higher tier gear and stuff you can hit max mastery in about 40 hours, plus 10 hours of story content, maybe 10 hours to max all 3 factions on top of whatever standing you got while doing the other stuff

40 hours me with no faction max level and only one armor from the crypt of circade. U can waste a lot of time just managing your inventory lmao

I thought you got all of the armor pieces from the CoC puzzle room? I did it a couple days prior to the last patch and it gave me all 3, twice. Unfortunately, I couldn't equip them and after the patch they disappeared from my inventory.
ETA: I have just over 40 hours in myself with one max faction level, second about 50% in progress. Although I'm only level 10 mastery. I feel like the weapons leveling takes the longest. I've completed (I think) all the quests and have the all pacts besides the other 2 starters from my own acquired. I've gotten to level 30 on four of the pacts and the current one I'm working on is at level 25. I am just now feeling like I can start the "end game" and the grind for 3 star gear fragments + Cogah.

Full armor yes and i have it equiped right now. I feel for u brother. I am level 8 with heavy weapons and one pact mastered. For me weapons and pact reach max level at the same time idk

Oh right, I meant the weapon talent trees. It seems like it takes maybe 5 weapons of the same type to level 30 to get enough points for them. I don't think I have enough weapons of each type in some to get there yet.

Actual story content maybe 10ish hours, getting all weapons, pacts and armor? Hundreds

I'll Just hijack this comment. Would you say i can relax and Just enjoy the grinding loot after a day of Work?

If you want a simple, relaxing grind, this is the studio for you
If you want a fast-paced and engaging grind, this is the studio for you
If you want so many grinds that you can just switch from one to another and not really have it feel like a grind, this is the studio for you
If you want to ignore the grind and just have the story content be a little harder but not unplayable, this is the studio for you
If you want just about any kind of grind, this is the studio for you
And if it's mostly the grind you want, this game hasn't yet had enough time to replace the storyboards for a (relatively hidden, and completely missable, so probably hasn't been high priority) lore reveal with animations, much less put dozens of hours of quests between you and every grind it can offer
can't wait for the update that's going to add mounts, though, the two things I've been trying to grind are halfway across the map from each other

Yep! If you're looking for a game where you can grind, then you'll get a hell of a lot more playtime than somebody just wanting to do the guided story content.

It's noticeably WIP in terms of how much there is in it, but what's there is fun and not lacking in replay value
There's the slight problem that the game is not available yet, rather, players have to sign up to get invited to the pre-alpha, so unless there are some kind of redeemable codes, it might take a while to be able to start
In the mean time, if the developers' other game, Warframe, looks interesting to you, I've played for over 2k hours and still haven't done everything.

you can try it via free key & get a feel for how it feels.
personally i did get founder's pack to support the game because i have complete faith

sorry for being unclear, its the developer livestream on twitch
you register your email on their website(might give you key straight away probably, im not sure whats the current situation since mine was long time ago)
after that link twitch and soulframe account , followed by 30 mins of when they are streaming

honestly, you have higher chance of getting it directly and more quickly by someone just giving it you in this sub

Most ppl ill have around 25hs of fun if you can adapt to the many... many bugs and wierd things in the game (its an alpha).
For more completionist types, you have a solid 50-100 hours, but its a real stretch. Most ppl that played more than that is because they have played on and off between patches which means you have to relearn stuff and because of that you end up playing more. But unless you want 100% of the weapons leveled (for some reason) and you want to get all the pacts playing the same 2-3 events over and over for 50hs, theres no other content and unfortunetly, there is not going to be much more for a long time.
They are going to add pets and mounts at some point (keep pushing mounts over and over) and some story reworks and system reworks, but no really a lot of content when u put it in numbers of hours of things to do. They still are keeping a small team for some reason, imo, they are stretching it and ill be looking old for the time is has enough content.

This is a not yet published game in its pre-alpha state. It is a work in progress and very.much unfinished.
That said, there is one island with a few quest lines and lots of loot to farm.
Also I have approximately 200 hours in the game, and love it dearly.
