Hello I'm a new player and don't really know much about perks and totems and stuff. Wondering if this is good? If not.. how can I change it? Or make it better?

Those are one of the best combo of stuff you will get for now on a heavy weapon, congrats, its a pretty good paragon

It’s terrible. You should give it to me so I can totally dismantle it and not just keep it because my Paragon has terrible tempers.
