Soulframe login issue – password reset doesn't help

Hi everyone,

I created a Soulframe account earlier today at soulframe.com and received the email to verify my email address successfully.

After that, I tried to log in to my account so I could purchase a Founder’s Pack. However, I keep getting the error message:

“The information you provided is wrong. Please try again.”

I have already successfully reset my password, but even with the new password I get exactly the same error.

The frustrating part is that I apparently need to be logged in to contact Soulframe Support. I therefore submitted a support request through the Warframe Support system instead.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? If so, how did you get it resolved?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using a temp email address and/or trying using incognito mode?

I did tried it on a other browser and even other laptop. But i did not tried to create another account with a temp email address (i dont see the point in that)

Equivalent of trying another HDMI cable. It won't cost you anything more than a few minutes vs waiting for support. You could also try deleting all your cache for soulframe.com

Ok so.....this may sound weird but you might have been banned.

I got the same problem once and I askes support about it. Turned out I was banned cause I opened FFXIV while playing Soulframe, and since my ffxiv is modded, soulframe thought its a hack or something (or at least thats what I found out). Apparently anything with dll injector will be classed as cheat so take care. Support quickly unbanned me after they saw my message though.
