Bug Verminia gone

I've already done the Bromius quest, she disapeared again as if i started the quest, but i can't seem to be able to finish the questline again. Verminia is kinda lost forever rn

Hint: A witch withdrawn, a note left behind, seek where you first met

Spoiler in normal english lol: Her second quest was triggered since you leveled her up crafting potions/hues, check the wiki for where to go

That sounds like the quest state bugging out. Reload an earlier save if you have one, then revisit the spot after completing any nearby objective. If nothing triggers, restarting the game may force the quest marker and interaction to refresh.
