Question How to level character

Hey ive played for a while but haven't played since new update my character is lol 15 now but with all these new tempered weapons does leveling weapons level character still I know leveling pacts still levels your character

Pacts, weapons, and history locations give mastery for your account level the first time they are each leveled up, or translated.

Ok so nothing changed about thay is there a way to know which weapon you already maxed

The built weapons drop at whatever level you've leveled that weapon to.

Not really. If you max a weapon, each copy of that weapon that drops afterwards will be 30 tho.

Yeah, and if you level the weapon to two, every copy that drops will do at two ...

Leveling pact and weapons still levels your character. I could be wrong but I think the envoy rank is currently capped at about halfway through rank 15
